On behalf of Cranfield University, we have pleasure in presenting the Autumn intake of the Queen's Anniversary Prize winning (2005) Fellowship in Manufacturing Management, available to hosting companies and organisations from April onwards for 12 month assignments.

With a successful track record of achievement proven over 30 years, the Fellowship offers a flexible solution to manufacturing and commerce for sourcing business professionals without making an initial long-term commitment to employment. Useful in today's dynamic business climate, where adaptability is a key driver of competitive advantage.

Adept at selecting talent for change leadership and business performance improvement, the programme develops Fellows through a proven & practical methodology in change management, lean manufacturing, personal effectiveness and business performance.

During the business assignment, the Fellow is supported by a Cranfield Accredited Coach. Performance is monitored monthly through the coaching process to ensure Terms of Reference are achieved. Typical assignments span the entire manufacturing spectrum from Marketing to Production including Supply Chain, Business Development, Design and Information Systems leadership.

As you will appreciate candidate details are confidential and will only be forwarded as a result of a confirmed enquiry for a specific opportunity.

The benefit is that all these candidates have been assessed at Cranfield, their permission to circulate information gained and their aspirations and projections clearly identified.
